Often, yes—but fit depends on two things that integrated and aero setups change: available strap space and the shape/width of the top tube. Many top tube bags rely on wrap-around straps at the front (near the stem) and mid/rear (around the top tube). Integrated cockpits can leave less room around the stem area, and aero top tubes can be wider, flatter, or sharply profiled, which affects how securely straps can cinch down.
Start by looking at the front attachment point. If your bike has an integrated bar/stem and hidden cables, there may be limited clearance for a strap to pass between the bar/stem and the top tube without rubbing housing or binding the steering. Turn the bars fully left and right while holding a strip of paper (or a spare strap) where the bag would sit; if it pinches or pulls, you’ll want a bag that offers a bolt-on (bento box) mount or a very low-profile front strap position.
Aero top tubes are frequently wider and more angular than traditional round tubes. This can cause strap migration (sliding sideways) or create gaps that make the bag rock under load. Bags with a structured base, grippy underside, and multiple strap positions tend to stabilize better on broad aero shapes. Also verify that the bag’s length won’t interfere with the stem area or any proprietary top-tube covers.
If your frame has top-tube bosses, a bolt-on top tube bag is usually the cleanest solution for integrated cockpits and aero tubing. If it’s strap-only, protect the paint with frame protection tape and keep straps clear of cables and headset bearings.
